Looking for a second editor

Robocrap is difficult..

Requirements:
1.) We need an editor that has no life whatsoever, and is ready to deal with us retards when we're online.
2.) We randomly have scripts, and need them edited. (most of the time starting sunday going all the way to thursday)
3.) We need someone who knows sentence structure, and uses more then MS Word to edit scripts. (/me glares at robocrap)
4.) We need someone with experience with fansubs (not just watching them), and someone not picky.
5.) Because we speedsub, our editor is a big QCer. The way it's been in the past, our editor QC and edited a timed script. If you're not ready to QC a little bit, don't even apply. (Hence why you need Aegisub experience, and if you don't know how to use it, I don't mind teaching, but as I said, you need patience.)

You will make a big impact on our releases. You notice with robocrap our sentence structure has not increased in quality. -
6.) We need someone with more than a sixth grade english education.

No, it's not a job, this is what we need. We have fun doing our part, and we're looking for someone who will have fun with us doing this. We don't want to badger you to get an edit done either.

We're going to give you a few scripts, and see how it goes.
