Laugh harder, he spelled it "retarted". Fuck him, the only problems I have is a few typos once in a while and a few mistranslatations in Zero, which can easily be ignored. This guy clearly doesn't know what BAD subbing is. You get at least Above Average, whereas a.f.k would be getting Excellent.

Well. Quality of subbing of course matters.
But. First and foremost. Fansubbing to me is possibility to watch and enjoy shows.
Everything else - is secondary.
Screw the quality nuts who release 1 ep per quarter.

hahahaha these assholes don't know anything, you guys are the only ones subbing code geass cause shinsen is to busy with their horrible stuff. even if they aren't the greatest, they still get it out quickly. plus their translations are not that bad. If you guys have time to spend on criticizing sub groups, then i suggest you get a life that doesn't involve a computer
I agree, fuck him, I seriously thank you guys for posting Code Geass episode 24 out so quickly, it means that I get to watch it faster, but the downside to this is, I will have the shakes until I see the final episode, kinda like cold turkey.

And so far I haven't really seen a failure in neither of the groups subbing and I can't complain on the typesetting either, just keep up the good work.
Its free and fast. Stop complaining. Your-Mom has done many anime shows, and they have some very funny comments sometimes in their subbs. But they do translate it, and more so they do it fast and fairly correct to. If you don't like their subbs then don't download them. People that have to complain, try do the job better. If not then shut up. You have no rights to complain. As longe as you not the licens owner of the show :P
It ain't perfect, but I'll gladly watch your speedsubs now instead of waiting a week or more for gg to stop playing WoW and finish their version. I can always pick up their release later, anyway. Thanks for your haste in getting this out.

Clearly the guy doesn't know what it means to "work" in the translation field. Customers (in which case "us") want EVERYTHING NOW! It's like this from ages. If you can do a quick job providing a satisfying translation all together, it's up to us to decide if to wait for a final version or not. Wondering why DB is literally owning the Naruto and Bleach scenes? They are always the first out and the translations are satisfying. Anyway, let the noob talk.

Actually what you have said reminded me an old saying from russian programmer's folklore:

So by my definition YourMom are more professional then most of fansubbers.
most people that watch animes can already understand the basics of raw, they just need a little help for the advance stuff. and most fansubs spoil those who only need a little push to understand the raw. what im trying to get to is speed beats quality, at least in my opinion. but the purpose of subs is so that one can understand the anime. people dont need to be looking at the quality of the subs but at the anime. i dont even know y im commenting on this though, because i dont even watch code geass, i guess i was just angry bout those idiots. but keep up the good work in showing those idiots wat fansubs really are!!!!!
